The opportunity to teach motivated students and have a significant, lasting impact on students and the world of business is truly an amazing component of the academic career. Through my teaching at multiple levels, from undergraduate BBA students to graduate-level MBAs, I have cultivated the following four tenets as the core of my teaching philosophy: 

  • Developing evidence-based analytical thinking. 
  • Fostering deep understanding of and appreciation for research and its applications.
  • Ensuring facility with course concepts through multi-media, multi-method learning.
  • Respecting individual student needs and development.

  • Instructor, MGMT 559: Managing Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility. 2021-present.
  • Instructor, MGBL 885: International Negotiation. 2020-2021.
  • Instructor, MGT 6648: Negotiation II (first time course offered). 2016. 
  • Co-Instructor, MGT 642: Talent Management. 2015. 
  • Instructor, MO 512: Bargaining & Influence Skills—Negotiation Strategy in a Global Economy. 2013 (two terms).
